You arrive with your life change in mind — say, a recent marriage or a move to a new district — and our assistant walks through every administrative area that's typically affected: address updates, utility accounts, employer notifications, relevant public counters and so on. By the end of the 60 minutes you have a printed and digital checklist in the order that makes the most practical sense for your situation.

It helps to bring any correspondence you've already received — letters from agencies, confirmation emails, reference numbers. If you're not sure what's relevant, bring what you have and we'll sort through it together. You don't need to prepare anything special; we'll ask the right questions during the session.

The first session maps which public and utility portals are relevant to you and creates a secure login plan. The second session works through account creation and dashboard navigation together. The third reviews everything you've set up, clarifies how to upload documents when needed, and puts together your printed personal guide. A 30-minute follow-up by appointment is included after the package concludes.

Yes, though it's designed primarily for founders in the first year or two of operations. If your enterprise has been running for a while but your filing and admin systems feel disorganised, the programme can help you rebuild a cleaner foundation. During the introductory call we'll confirm it's the right fit before you enrol.

No. Kapok Compass provides general information and operational orientation only. We can help you understand where to find publicly available information, but we do not interpret laws, give tax advice or act as a registered financial planner. For those needs we'll point you toward the appropriate professional bodies.

Our office is at Level 25, Menara Takaful Malaysia, No. 4, Jalan Sultan Sulaiman, 50000 Kuala Lumpur. We receive clients Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Sessions outside these hours can be arranged by appointment for the Small Business programme participants.

Payment is accepted via online bank transfer or cash at the office. For the one-session service, full payment is collected on the day. For packages and the eight-week programme, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your slot, with the balance due before the second session begins.
